 | Scoop out the water melon and cut into chunks (Note:
the water melon itself can be used as a serving bowl) |
 | Place in blender or food processor and process until
smooth. |
 | Add the mineral water and ginger ale to the blended
mixture (Note: if water melon is not very sweet, add sugar syrup to taste). |
 | Refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving. |
 | Add ice cubes accordingly. |
