Sweet & Sour Sauce

Sweet and Sour Sauce 甜酸漿

Ingredient:

½ cup white vinegar

2 teaspoons of light soy

3 to 4 teaspoons of tomato sauce

½ to ¾ cup sugar

2 to 4 tablespoons of cornflour, mixed with a little water

	Place the first four ingredients in a saucepan.
	Bring it to the boil.
	Adjust each ingredient to taste.
	Remove the saucepan from the heat.
	Add enough cornflour paste to desired consistency.

Note: Pineapple juice can be used instead of the white vinegar.
